LCW has a simple structure based on electoral representation
The General Assembly
groups the elected presidents of the member organizations, which in turn elect every four years an
Administrative Committee consisting of:
a president four vice-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, a representative before the government, and a representative for each of the six Lebanese districts:
- The Beirut district
- The Bekaa district
- The Mount Lebanon district
- The Nabatyeh district,
- The North Lebanon district
- The South Lebanon district
The Administrative committee groups also a chairperson for each of the six following committees:
- The Committee for Arab and International Relations
- The Financial Committee
- The Legal Committee,
- The Committee for Media and Culture
- The Committee for Planning and Studies
- The Committee for Social Affairs
The Council appoints an Advisory Board
An Administrative Committee was elected May 2004 with a mandate until May 2008
